How do I try a class?
Pick a class on the schedule and book a time on our registration page. Wear clothes you can move in, bring water and come a few minutes early to meet your instructor.
Which class should I start in?
Almost everyone starts in Starter, in the song style that gets you moving. If you've danced before, tell the instructor at the door and they'll suggest a level after the warm-up.
How are the songs chosen?
Each season the instructors pick the songs and teach each cover in full, from the first count to the last. Dancers can suggest a song at the front desk.
Can I ask a question in Korean?
Yes. Dohyun speaks Korean and English, and parents are welcome to ask in either.
What if I've never taken a dance class?
Starter is built for you. Instructors count out loud, show each section slowly and never ask you to know a step beforehand.
Can I film in class?
Phones stay in bags while an instructor is teaching. The instructor films one take at the end of each season, and anyone may step aside.
How are photos handled?
We ask your written permission before we share any photo of your child, on this site, in newsletters or on social media, and you can change your answer at any time. We never put a child's name with a photo, and the photos on this site are examples until we replace them with our own.
What if I miss a class?
Message the studio. A missed class can be made up in another class of the same level within the same season.
How does tuition work?
It depends on how many classes a week you take and which level. Our figures are on the registration page, and we are glad to go through each part by phone.
