Privacy policy

This policy explains what Choreo Dance Studio collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, your email or phone, how you'd like us to reach you, the age of the dancer, the class you're interested in and your message. We don't ask for a child's name, birth date, photo or any medical detail on this site. Please don't include any in your message. If you register, we ask what we need privately, through the studio's registration page.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you and to hold a place in a class. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone outside the studio except the services that send our email and host this site.

Photos and video of dancers

We ask your written permission before we share any photo or video of a dancer under 18, on this site, in newsletters or on social media. You can change your answer at any time. We never put a young dancer's name with a photo.

Keeping and deleting

We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to reply and to keep a record of your inquiry. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, by calling or writing to the studio.
